With over 14 years of experience working with babies, children and young people, I have ventured into the realm of Baby Massage and Baby Yoga. I share various massage techniques and yoga poses with parents and caregivers who wish to bond with their little ones through these practices.
Understanding that life can be hectic for parents, I offer a range of sessions tailored to you and your baby's needs. These can be conducted virtually, in person, pre-recorded, or as group sessions via Zoom. I provide one-hour weekly sessions over five weeks, focusing on the benefits of Baby Massage and Baby Yoga, including individual movements, breathing techniques, and massage for babies dealing with teething and colic.
