Baby Massage & Baby Yoga
Welcome to Lollipops Baby Massage & Baby Yoga
With over 14 years experience working with babies, children, and young people, I have now branched into the amazing world of Baby Massage & Baby Yoga, sharing the teachings of the different massage techniques and yoga poses to parents & carers wanting to share this experience with their little ones.
Life can be hectic and busy for parents and carers, especially with babies to care for. For this reason, I provide a variety of sessions to suit you and your baby's needs. These sessions can be completed virtually, face to face, pre-recorded, or group sessions via Zoom. I can provide you with 1 hour weekly sessions for 5 weeks, teaching you the benefits of Baby Massage and Baby Yoga with your little ones, including individual body movements, breathing techniques, and massage for little ones struggling with teething and colic.
Once you enrol on one of the sessions, you will be provided with my very own massage oil and weekly parent handouts for the massage and yoga techniques, so you can practice with your baby once our sessions come to a close.

My Services
Baby Massage Courses
A range of baby massage courses from the comfort of your own home. These are offered virtually, or face to face.

The baby massage course will be completed over 5 separate weekly sessions, for approximately 1 hour per session.
​
Each week, we will focus on your baby's different body parts, the benefits of the massage techniques used for these areas, and spending loving and quality time with your baby.
You will receive weekly handouts of the massage techniques, recaps of the previous weeks massage techniques , and time at the end of your session for any questions or queries you may have regarding the massage techniques used.

I also provide you with massage techniques for babies suffering with teething and colic, so you are able to soothe and relax your baby when these times arise.

Baby Yoga Courses
Baby Yoga sessions will be completed virtually within the comfort of your own home via Zoom, once a week for 1 hour, for 5 weeks in total.

Baby yoga can be started with babies at a minimum of 8 weeks old, all the way up to 2 years old.
​
Unlike baby massage where the same routine is suitable for all ages, baby yoga is more age specific. Some of my poses are suitable for babies 8-20 weeks (our beginner moves), others are suitable for babies 20+ weeks onwards (our advanced moves).
The baby yoga sessions you will be able to access will depend on the age of your little one. The younger classes are targeted for babies aged 8 weeks old to 12 months old, and the older classes are targeted for the older babies aged 12 months to 2 years old.
